| What is your warranty?
| At a minimum, all of our repairs are warrantied for 1 year or 12,000 miles. | | Do you charge for diagnosing my vehicle's problem?
| The answer is yes and no. There is no charge for checking things like your brake squeak, but there is a charge for making the repair to remove the squeak. For complex driveability problems, there is a charge incurred for our proper diagnosis, in addition to the repair charge. | | Can I drop my vehicle off before you open?
| Yes you can. We have a slot in the door between the bay doors that is labled "Key Drop". Just put your keys in a marked envelope and drop them through the slot. | | Can someone run me home if I drop my car off?
| Yes we can. We provide a shuttle service free of charge to the greater Overland area. | | Can you repair .................?
| We provide repair for all of the systems of your vehicle. The only thing we do not do is body work. | | Why is my check engine light on?
| Your check engine llight is controlled by your vehicle's Powertrain Control Module. This module monitors every system of your vehicle. There are literally hundreds of reasons the light can come on. To properly diagnose why it is on, you will need to make an appointment with us. |
